Redesigned Files Preview icon
We’re excited to introduce an updated icon for Files Preview! Additionally, a new icon for Files Stable will debut in the v4 update later this year.
Enhanced Home Page performance
We’ve optimized the Quick Access widget on the Home Page to improve performance.
Expanded cloud provider support
Files now supports additional cloud drive providers, including Magenta and Sync.
Fixes
Shortcuts
- Resolved an issue preventing folders ending in ‘.url’ from opening properly.
Start Menu tile
- Fixed the display name for the ‘Files - Preview’ tile in the Start Menu.
Properties window
- Fixed an issue where the sidebar would flicker when resizing the properties window.
